Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
Do you ship internationally?
The agreement that we have with our manufacturers prevents us from shipping their products outside the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on the item, we ship by Priority Mail or UPS. Delivery can take 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping is also available.
Will I be charged for taxes?
Orders with shipping addresses within California are subject to California Sales Tax.
PAYMENT & WARRANTY
What forms of payments do you accept?
We only accept VISA or MC credit cards and prefer to ship your order to the billing address on the card. Under some circumstances, checks can be accepted but require extra time to clear the bank.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
Items are sold under the warranty of the manufacturer and must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty evalution. We do not offer any guarantee of suitability or performance for the products we sell. What is your returns policy?
We caution our clients to be careful placing an order. Returns for your mistakes are not allowed. If you require further information to make your decision, please email
Drivers, diaphragms, bulk wire, custom made cables, speakers, speaker system parts, repair parts, and special order items are not returnable. Items that are returnable must be approved for return in advance, returned at the expense of the client, and accompanied by a return authorization issued by The Music Factory. Requests for return authorization must be made in writing to within 5 days of receipt. Items are only returnable for store credit and must be in the original package with original accessories, complete manual and unused warranty application. Upon our inspection an appropriate store credit will be issued, minus the processing fee, the actual cost of freight and any applicable restocking fees.
